Attain is excited to have been selected to oversee the management of Smart Building Technology and Telecom Infrastructure at Place Ville Marie (PVM), a premier business campus and vibrant urban hub in Canada. Spanning over 3.3 million square feet across four interconnected buildings, PVM stands as one of the nation’s largest and most iconic commercial destinations.
The multi-year contract allows Attain to leverage its expertise in building technology management, honed through previous projects with Cadillac Fairview.
“With this engagement, we aim to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency at PVM by integrating and managing a wide array of building technologies,” said Bruno Dubreuil, VP of Smart Building and Engineering at Attain.
Attain will extend its proprietary Attain360 process to PVM, ensuring customized needs are met with continuous evaluation and improvement. Attain360 provides continuous reporting updates on the property, making it unique in the industry.
In addition, PVM will leverage additional aspects of Attain360, providing them with online access to 360-degree images of buildings and rooms, drawings, and reports.
Unlike traditional methods, Attain 360 offers:

- Virtual property walkthroughs
- Comprehensive documentation of building enhancements
