We’re looking for a Sales & Executive Coordinator to support our CEO and Chief Revenue Office (CRO) with business development, proposal coordination, and executive operations. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English & French), highly organized, and confident communicating across teams and with clients. Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating sales activities, and supporting bid development. This role offers a collaborative environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to work at the intersection of strategy, sales, and operations.
